On average, we receive a phone call for help every 5 minutes. We have decided to take the Free Pharmacy out from our offices – directly to the patients using motorcycles.

The new Bike4Meds Project delivers Haverim’s free medicine to patients in need of urgent or chronic medicine.  The motorbikes also serve for urgent Client to Client delivery; when we receive notification that a rare, expensive or life-saving medicine is available and must be donated immediately to another patient, directly to their  hospital bed. The bikes are also used for delivery to bed-ridden patients, who cannot leave their homes to pick up their medicines.

Each motorbike will be equipped with a ‘Keep Cool Meds’ box - special containers that meet the strictest Ministry of Health criteria for the storage and transfer of medicine.
